About Dr. Sulica  

Lucian Sulica, MD is a board-certified otolaryngologist and fellowship-trained laryngologist who practices in New York City. He is currently part of the faculty at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, and is on staff at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Cornell Medical Center. 

 
Dr. Sulica's practice is limited to voice disorders. His research interests center on neurological disorders of the larynx, such as vocal fold paralysis and spasmodic dysphonia, evidence-based decision-making in the treatment of vocal fold lesions, and the treatment of vocal fold scar and sulcus vocalis.

Dr. Sulica has written multiple publications in the field, including chapters in several standard textbooks, and has co-edited a volume dealing with vocal fold paralysis. He is a member of several professional organizations concerned with the voice and its problems, and lectures often on voice topics, both to colleagues and to patient groups.
